1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AGR Oil & Gas Systems platform (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Use of the Platform
AGR grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform in accordance with your service agreement. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform.
3. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to your data. AGR does not claim ownership of any data you upload to the Platform. We process your data solely to provide the services you have engaged us to provide.
4. Engagement & Billing
Services are billed monthly or annually as outlined in your service agreement. You may terminate at any time; termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. AGR’s total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
